EGN Manifesto
Towards Global Systemic Action
Mission, Vision & Values
Voices of the world. Local impact. Real solutions.

Our Mission
Our mission is to empower women and people with endometriosis by eliminating gender, cultural, and immigration barriers that fragment their right to health.
Within the framework of the SDGs, we hope to turn invisible pain into an infrastructure of solutions that integrates science, business, government, and human resilience.
To drive this change, we articulate our work into Impact Ecosystems. It is our goal that any visitor to this space—from a patient to an executive—understands why EGN is not a conventional association but a network model.
In this framework, a work ecosystem is not just a team division, but a living organism of collaboration.

Our Vision
We stand as the strategic bridge that unifies science, government, business, and associations to ensure an equitable and resilient environment. Our goal is to reach a horizon where:
Identity is vindicated to eradicate emotional isolation.
Knowledge is Cross-Cutting: Endometriosis is integrated as a fundamental subject in universities and schools.
Diagnosis is Human and Precise:
A drastic reduction in detection times is achieved through the massive implementation of R&D TEST and a network of clinical studies that prioritizes precision medicine and human-centric care.
The Business is an Agent of Change

Our Ethics & Values
Our work is governed by circular co-responsibility that unites science, government, and business with the patient's family and personal core. We act under an ethic of epistemic justice, validating the voice of those who suffer from the disease to educate the scientific community and eradicate gender bias.
Our commitment to intersectional equity ensures that social determinants, such as immigration, are not a barrier to universal access to inclusive health protocols. We firmly believe in regenerative innovation, where artistic expression, conscious fashion, and spirituality rebuild identity in the face of pain, always under a policy of radical transparency in our strategic alliances.
Global Impact Goals
